A Teacher’s Training Programme got conducted by Children’s Academy Senior Secondary School on School’s Auditorium Krishna Swaroop Memorial Auditorium For teachers from class nursery to Intermediate. Dr. Prabhat Kaushik is a Master Trainer, CBSE, Ministry of HRD, Government of India, Director General, Zee Learn Ltd, International Trainer & Assessor, Motivator, Educational Catalyst and International leader was the Master Trainer of the programme. The main theme of the topic was “Zero Tuition Class For Students”.
Sir asked the teachers to guide the parents not to send their children to tuition. Sir told various activities and plans through which children can be motivated to learn and can be made self-dependent. Sir told that education is not only giving bookish knowledge the child but making all round development of the child. During the programme the cognizant Director of the school Mr. Shrish Pathak Sir addressed the Teachers. Sir told the teachers that unless they are motivated from inside, they cannot motivate the child. Sir advised teachers to be motivated. All the teachers were exultant and looked energetic during the programme.
