He should have the decision making power , he always has to take right and beneficial decisions for his team members.
A Leader must be an inspiration for his teammates and others too.
A leader has many responsibilities and he has to be prepared for any kind of responsibility and situation. A leader has to be ready for taking the bulls by the horns. He has to welcome all the opportunities. A leader’s work should be equitable , positive and effective.
