The Cyber security awareness campaign was launched by the police to prevent the incidents of cyber crimes and to make the general public aware of cyber crimes which are going on continuously. Under the special awareness campaign, an awareness campaign was conducted in Children Academy Senior Secondary School by the Police Department to make children aware of cybercrimes by giving detailed information regarding the same. Venerated officers informed the children and teachers about online cyber crimes. Venerated Station in-charge MR. D.R.Verma said that under any circumstances, be careful not to share any information related to your bank account or password or OTP etc.
In present spoke many people do on line shoppings through OLX, Meesho and Myntra etc. And everyday many people are bamboozled or trapped on thepretext of online shopping. Children and teachers were given a lot of suggestions and other methods of protection from cybercrimes. A large number of school children along with the school staff was present in the programme.
