Perhaps one of the greatest means to achieve global peace and harmony is cultural exchange. It opens up the vistas of human understanding and further expands our universal consciousness. Let us raise ourselves from the narrow perspective of being a citizen of a particular country to global citizenship that is the greatest demand of modern world.
Education is the only medium through which people are connected with each other. People use different ways to connect with each other, education is one among them. An ‘Educational and Cultural Exchange Program’ was organized on March 20, 2023 at Children’s Academy Senior Secondary School with ‘Royal Alexandra Albert School’ of United Kingdom (UK) on ‘Digital Platform’. This program got started at 6:00 pm according to Indian time. In which the students of ‘Royal Alexandra and Albert School United Kingdom‘ shared the educational and cultural heritage of their country with the Children’s Academy Senior Secondary School. On the occasion, the Students of London School first they observed their school’s classrooms and playground etc. After that they discussed about their educational activities, and methods of studies. During this the Students of Children’s Academy were informed about London’s culture like culinary, activities, habits and famous places. On the occasion, Aryabhatta, the great Mathematician who is known to everyone because of his outstanding work and experiment. He invented zero digit, his name was mentioned with respect, Speaking on the occasion, The overwise and sapient Executive Director of the school, Priyanshi Pathak, said that the program was launched with the objective of providing children with global skills, cross-border experiences and exposure to new cultures to positively influence the attitude, personality and academic performance of the students. In future too, such monumental and educational cultural program will continue to be organized for the all-round development of the children.
The program was concluded with the National Anthems of Britain and India. On this occasion, Rebecca, John Leighton, Nishma Preceptor of Royal Alexandra and Albert School and Children’s Academy School were present.
During the event the cognizant and discreet Principal Monika Joshi ma’am Versatile and diligent Administrator Renu Mishra Ma’am, and brainy Teachers including Basant Joshi Sir, Pramod Joshi Sir, Navneet Chauhan Sir, Harish Bhoj Sir, Raju Bankoti Sir, Lalita Chaubey Ma’am, Vaishali Choudhary Ma’am and Kiran Barshilia Ma’am were present. Students from class 8th to 12th gave their valuable presence during the program.
