Women empowerment means allowing women to do everything that men do. Rights and laws should be fair for all without gender bias.
Women empowerment refers to making women powerful so that they can become anything whatever they want to become, and they can do whatever they want to do. In simple words, it means giving women control over their lives by letting them to do study, and work etc. Earlier Women didn’t use to be given liberty and they were limited in their houses. Earlier women were not allowed to work outside, but now things have changed. Women are now offered equal opportunities to work in every place. Women have started to show their skills and abilities. In many places, women are not given equal opportunities like men.
Some people who have fuddy duddy thinking think that women are born to do household work while boys are born to study and earn money. Due to this mentality, many people do not send their daughters to school. But whenever women have been given chance, they have proved that they are not less than man. However this scenario is changing. Women are ruling the world with their talent and intelligence.
At last I would say, Women Empowerment helps to make the society and world a better place to live in and march forward on way to inclusive participation. It means increase happiness for the family and the organizations where women make a difference.
