Students can perform well in academics by encompassing sports in their daily routines. Sports will keep their mind fresh and physically fit. Sports make students disciplined. Skills such as coordination, multitasking and situational awareness will help in enhancing their academic skills.
National sport day was celebrated at Children’s Academy Senior Secondary School with very pomp and circumstances. This day indicated our heroes and championship. Annual sports day was celebrated on the occasion of the birth anneversary of Major Dhyan Chand, known as the wizard of hockey On this auspicious moment our chief-guest was Dr. Mohan Singh Bisht who is an MLA of Lalkuan constituency. Event was started by our honourable and dignified Director sir and our prehensile and cognizant principal Ma’am with ribbon cutting ceremony. Everyone was blissful to be the witness of that historic day. Event was started with a beautiful dance performance. Later on several sports activities were organized like Race, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho and other sports. Shubh Dumka and Gaurav Pandey who are the students of class 11th added charm to event by showing their extra ordinary speaking skill. They captivated all the beholders by their commentary. In mid of the event March pass was started which was done by the students of classes 9th and 11th. March pass was led by Sagar Upreti who is a student of 9th class. All the winners were bestowed trophies and medals.
And all the participants were awarded with certificates. Event was ended with the speech of our cognizant principal ma’am.
