On November 19th, International Men’s Day is celebrated across the world. Men provide postive values, thoughts and motivation to the world, to their families and communities. Men face many hardships in their lives without showing a single tautness on their faces. The theme for 2022 is “Helping Men and Boys”.
The day was started by Australian politician Robert Tickner in 1999. In 2004, the day was officially recognized by UN and many other countries around the world.
The day is celebrated on November 19th every year.
Why is International Men’s Day part and parcel?
It is a golden opportunity for people everywhere to appreciate and celebrate the men’s day with very pomp and show in their lives and the contributions they make to society for the greater good of all hence it is very monumental for us to celebrate this day equally as we did with The International Women’s Day.
International Men’s Day is an annual celebration held in more than 60 countries including India, founded in 1999. It’s a time to appreciate, celebrate and honor the men in our lives. It’s a jiffy to extoll to our fathers and sons, mentors and brothers.
It’s a time to celebrate the men’s day with very pomp and circumstances who’ve helped, guided us or taught us valuable life lessons.
International Men’s Day is observed on November 19th each year, to mark the date. In 1989 that the United Nations officially declared November 19th as a day to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political contributions of men.
It was first celebrated in Sweden in 1975 by a group of Swedish men who got together to talk about what they could do to improve their lives. Since then it has become an annual event in many countries around the world.
